Carson will be 9 months old this coming Monday and looking back I think I have 2 or 3 posts since he turned 8 months. I have been in a funk, not just in blogging, but everything else. It takes all of my energy to keep up on the laundry, dishes, making lunch and dinner, grocery shopping, our church calling, and obviously, keeping up with Carson's little busy self. Well, about a month ago I found out I am pregnant and I have been feeling like crap ever since. I have felt sick every single day since July 3, which out of 9 months is not that long, I know. Some days are better than others, but overall I am pretty tired. I am really hoping that I only have a couple of more weeks of feeling like this (I am definitely keeping my fingers crossed). I am so excited to be pregnant during the winter months in Arizona. Last time the summer was brutal. It was 96 degrees the day I had Carson... at the end of October. Not to mention the hot summer months of having a belly. I am also excited to be having a little baby towards the end of RSV season not at the very beginning. We are so excited to be having another baby! We both want a boy, but I really think it is a girl. I don't really know, I am scared to have a girl so that is probably at the front of my mind and making me think it must be a girl. Obviously, we will be happy either way we are just praying for a healthy baby. Above is the card that "Carson" made for his Grandma Garrett. Ok, maybe I made it, but I love the pictures. He is so oblivious to what the papers say, he was just excited to be chewing on something.

Em,
I love that card so much. I want to make it a screensaver. Carson looks so different in so many pictures, but I love them all, even the ones where he looks just like his Daddy. Que piensas tu, Travis?

Congratulations! I think that is so EXCITING! I love the card that you made to announce to your mom too! I, personally, will hope for you to have a girl -- in some ways a boy would be SO GREAT as they will be close in age, but a girl, from a mom of boys would be heaven :)!!!
That is so exciting!! Congratulations!! Those big bro pics are amazing!!! Did you do them? I can totally understand your anxiety about having a girl. I feel the same way about having a boy, I don't know how I could take care of a boy.
Oh, Congrats! That is so exciting! The card you made is really cute!
holy cow. that was fast. were u guys planning on it? thats so awesome. congrats to all of you. dont get your hopes too high for a girl. I was upset for two days when i found out that conner was a boy. but got over it and cant see me having a boy and girl right now.so how far apart wil they be? two takes a lot more out of you. thats why im still waiting at least another 9-10 months to try and get pregers again. good luck with the pregnancy and let us know if there is anything that we can do for you. congrats again.
Yay! I'm so excited for you! I can't believe I'm just now reading your blog about it, I would have said something to you at church. Hope you start feeling better soon! If you ever need me to watch Carson, please call me!
Congratulations! Way to get 'em close together, I wish I had the desire to do that! I hope you feel better soon & am happy you will be pregnant over the cooler months :)
