Last night we went to the Easter Pageant at the Temple. We got there at 7 (it starts at 8) and it was sooo crowded. We managed to find some seats that weren't too far back. Carson actually paid attention to some of it, Porter can't see that far yet. We had to leave with about 1 minute left because Porter was having a meltdown and screaming and I felt bad for everyone around us. We had a wonderful time. It was pretty late for the kids, so I can't say how much we actually got out of it. But it doesn't matter, what a fun place to be with family, on the Temple grounds, especially with Easter coming up this weekend.
Carson made a couple of friends next to us. One guy even gave Carson his cell phone to play with(one of Carson's favorite toys). And he was talking and laughing the entire time.
This one is Carson when we got to the car. He was having so much fun being outside and getting to act like a big boy, walking all over that he got extremely upset when we got to the car. He tried really hard not to get in, but we won the fight. And he is still trying to say cheese for the camera through all of the tears.
I wanted to get a picture of the whole family, but when we got Porter out of his carseat the show started, then we left early. Sad.

What a blessing to see and feel the spirit of the Easter Pageant. I remember going there when you guys were really little. Poor Carson, I can tell he was not wanting to leave.
I love the easter pageant. I'm sad I missed it this year. That last picture of Carson with the tears is priceless!
