Carson is 2 1/2 years old!

Carson pooped through diapers and shorts over at Grandma's house the other day, this is how he came home with Daddy.  A dish towel and duct tape!

Carson has been changing so much.  He is growing up so quickly and talking better every single day.  Well he still copies us word for word, all day long, but he IS getting better at pronouncing things correctly.  He loves swim lessons and would stay outside all day long if we would let him.  He has a TON of energy and I am usually pretty worn out by 9 am. 

But he is also so sweet and cute.  He always wants to lay on the couch with me or have me lay down with him when it is time to go to bed.  He also always comes up to me, sits on my lap and asks me to scratch his back.  I love it!  That is when he is the cuddliest. 

He still seems really big (tall) for his age and people are usually very surprised when I say how old he is.  He LOVES suckers and we can usually use them to bribe him for anything.  He is getting pretty good at getting dressed on his own and he even gets his shoes on the right feet most of the time.  He loves all types of food and we can convince him to eat anything if we put the word "dinosaur" in front of it.  He is slightly obsessed with dinosaurs.  Especially the ones on his pajamas!  He wants to wear those every single night and we only have 2 pairs. 

He is NOT potty trained and we haven't even tried yet.  Unless he shows signs of really wanting to, I don't even think I will be trying until after he turns 3.  There are so many things that Carson does that make me smile and laugh every day.  I love him so much.  I enjoy watching him and Porter play together (when he is beating Porter up).  It is going to be interesting to add another little boy into this and see how they all play together.  I can't wait!
