Carson started swim lessons last Monday. Every day he wants to go to the "sa-nunning pool." He likes his teacher and always says hi to her (the entire time we are in the car on the way to swim lessons).
Day 1: we had to chase him around the yard to keep him out of the pool until it was his turn. Then when he went under water he had a melt-down. Day 2: he screamed and got out of the pool and ran away throughout the entire session. Day 3: he sat on the step, waited his turn, walked over to the deep end himself and didn't cry a tear. He also didn't want to get out when the lesson was over. He was still sitting there while the next class got in. Day 4: he was the only one sitting on the step while the other kids were going all over the place.

At the end of the lesson they get one piece of licorice and they get to choose between 2 colors. Carson ALWAYS tries to take both out of her hands.
We still have 3 more weeks and he is loving it. Porter enjoys going to, but I think he wants to be in that water with his brother.

I am glad he liking them more and more everytime. I wonder if Porter would really like to be in there, or if he would scream.
Sounds like he is getting used to it -- who does he take lessons from? It kind of looks like our swim teacher's daughter and sounds like the same treat at the end of lessons! We are anxious for the pool to warm up so we can start our lessons! :)
