Family Pictures

While my parents were here at Thanksgiving, I asked my dad if he would take some pictures of our family one night. As I look through the pictures I am especially reminded of our church experience every week.  It is painful to look through and see one kid looking in each picture.  Even though some were taken less than seconds apart, the boys still manage to move all around in between.  It totally makes me laugh when I look through them all in order.  It reminds me of stop motion.  This one makes me smile.  It is very stereotypical of our family.  Porter is extreme, Carson is bored (thinking about the light pole that was to his right-pictured below), Hudson is smiling and being cute but looking at something else (maybe Grandma Margie jumping around), nobody is looking in the same place, I look beastly and why didn't I do my hair or get ready??  Seriously what is Travis looking at that is making him so happy?
Anyway, props to my mom and dad for attempting to make us all look in one spot and getting the kids to smile.  It worked, just not all at the same time.  Next time, we will go before it gets dark and use some bribes!

I sure do love these 4 boys, even though we may never get a normal family picture!

Oh this made me laugh so hard. If that's you not ready I feel bad about my "not ready" self! It is a miracle to even have them all in the same picture without running away. Their faces make me smile!

Well at least their clothes and colors look good together because no one stat still for one second. The pic of Carson with the light pole is cute too.
