Baby "M"

I got to go snap some pictures of this little girl.  My friend, Brittany just had her second baby.  She is exactly 1 week old in this picture!  She is beyond adorable and oh so little.  This is one of my favorite pictures of her.  Just so sweet and I love the scrunched up face.  I am not sure if Travis knows how dangerous it is to let me "hang around" newborn babies!  Ahhh!

Photoshoot

I tried to go take some pictures of Porter the other day.  He has this new little smile that is so cute and I wanted to capture it.  He wouldn't have it.  He was so upset, he had a mad face and was crying the whole time.  I managed to get a couple of brief smiles (well, Travis actually got them).  But he still had watery eyes filled with tears in this picture.  So sad.  We will have to try again soon and a.) not wake him up from his nap (even though it was 5:45 pm and he goes to bed around 6:30) and b.) let him pick out his clothes.  I am pretty sure those 2 things put him over the edge.  He sure is cute anyway.

More Photography

This is Travis' sister and her family.  Also, she is a very good friend of mine.  We decided do a little trade for some family pictures.  However, mine are postponed until I a.) get rid of babyweight and b.) can afford to buy us all some cute clothes.  ANYWAY, we had a nice little evening together (I was the 3rd wheel-well, technically the 6th) and I think we ended up getting some pretty cute pictures.  There are so many to choose from, but here are some of my favorites!
I hope you like them, Trisha.

Photography

A couple of weeks back I went with my friend, Brittany and her family to get some pictures.  She wanted some of her little girl in her halloween costume, so she could put it away (since it was November, right Brittany).  It was crazy crowded and her little girl really wanted to roam around and be in on all the action.  Oh the life of a 1 1/2 year old.
I think we got some cute ones but are going to definitely have to go again soon!

"B" Family Pictures

Last Saturday I got to hang out with this family for a little while to capture some family pictures.  I did a photoshoot with the little girl a couple of months ago.  Luckily, it had cooled down a little bit and we had a lot of fun.  I loved the outfits and the colors!
The little guy finally cracked a couple of smiles at the very end (while his sister was looking away).  His mom told me that as soon as they got in the car he was hamming it up!  Sounds about right.  Kids like to do things on their own time.  Still, I think we got some cute ones.  Can't wait to do it again.  Thanks, guys!

The "R" Girls

Last week I had the opportunity to photograph these fun little girls.  They came dressed in pink and black with bling!  They were so cute and put up with us for an hour.  Oh the difference between having 3 girls and having 3 boys!  I think we got some pretty cute ones and I hope their mom likes them!

Thanks so much girls.  I had a wonderful time, even though it was still hot!

Pictures for Staci

While my friend was here, we took her boys out one night to get some pictures.  This first one is definitely a favorite.  I love how you can see the scrapes below the knee and all of the dirt on his feet.  I seriously love boys.

These kids have the prettiest eyes!

And I would kill for those eyelashes!

Photography

I got the opportunity to do another photo shoot!  I called this little girl's mom to see if I could take her pictures.  I know, sounds a little creepy.  But it was a lot of fun.  She wasn't too sure about the location, but as long as her mom was close by she was happy.  She just turned 4 and she loves to come up with her own poses.  And of course, we chose a day when a monsoon was lurking.  It was windy, but at least a teenie bit cooler!
