Valentine's Day. I made the boys shirts for the 3rd year in a row. I love doing this. Sadly, Hudson's says the same thing as last year and I am afraid it might always say that. He loves his Valentine's shirt. And asks to wear it a lot.
Carson's shirt
Porter and Hudson's shirt, in the process of making them.
Carson's cereal valentine's. He helped me make these for his preschool class. We found the template online, so it was really easy. And they were nice and big to give him room to write who it was to and his own name.
For Carson's other preschool (with way more kids) and Porter's preschool classes we did the easy Valentine's suckers.
Porter posing before school.
One of 2 pictures I got of Hudson that day, snotty nose and half closed eyes.
Carson was being silly before his bus came.
Porter was excited to get a pink heart sticker, he said "Mom, pink is your favorite color!" Sweet, sweet boy.
He also didn't eat lunch, walked right in from the bus and sat down to go through his candy.
Some flowers and a bear and some chocolates got delivered for me! That was exciting because Travis has never done that before. We usually don't do them because they are so expensive. But it was a good change to get something unexpected and sweet.
We made heart-shaped pizzas again this year, but for dinner this time. Porter really loves to make pizza and asks to help do it every day. He is getting good at it too.
Hudson didn't want to do it. So he ate cereal.
We ate pizza. strawberries and had sparkling cider.
Then we didn't get around to eating the heart cookies I made. So Hudson and Porter frosted one the next morning and had fun. And I posted 9 pictures of it. Kind of ridiculous.
I love Valentine's Day.
